Kettle Park West is a mixed-use neighborhood located on the west side of the City of Stoughton, WI at the intersection of US Highway 51 and State Highway 138.
The 170+ acre mixed-use neighborhood includes a commercial retail center, sites for businesses, a diverse mix of housing opportunities, a new city park as well as access to over 36 acres of naturalized wetland habitat.
This project is anchored by a 152,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter. The first phase of the project also features a Kwik Trip gas station / convenience store, offices, McFarland State Bank and numerous multi-tenant buildings ranging from 5,000-15,000 square feet.
Land for the Commercial Center was purchased on August 28, 2015 and construction began on September 14, 2015.
